About Technique Training

Our Story

Founded in 2011 by Mark Crook, Technique Training has grown from a single training room to operating three purpose-built centres across the UK — with our Chesterfield headquarters spanning an impressive 180,000 square feet.

We saw a gap in the market: too many training providers focused on classroom theory, leaving students unprepared for real-world work. We built Technique on a different principle — over 50% hands-on, practical training with individual workstations and real equipment.

Today, our trainers bring over 200 years of combined industry experience from aviation, rail, and electrical sectors. We've helped thousands of career changers and professionals gain the skills they need to succeed.
